Greeting’s InetEntrepreneurs. It’s another great day! As well as bringing great skill sets that will help you succeed in business and life, we are also trying to bring you great technologies that can make things a little easier for you. We use it personally so we want to share with you.
We are trying something new here at InetEntrepreners.com. It is called QRcodes (stands for quick response code). It’s a matrix barcode that consists of text, images, URL’s, or other data. The code is read with your camera smartphone such as an Iphone and Droid. Try it out above, it’s pretty cool technology. It has been around since 1994 and was mainly used to track auto parts for building vehicles, but today is becoming more widely used in commerical applications such as magazine ads, business cards, and flyers & brochures.
There are a number of places to get scanner reader software for free or you can pay. Since we use Iphones, we mainly use Bakodo. If you have a smartphone with scanner reader software, run the software and scan the bar code above and see what it does. Read it to receive a special gift from us! We won’t tell you what it is but you will want this. Everyone can use it! See for yourself!
You will start to see these QRCodes in some of our marketing materials. This bar code has been implemented in our newsletter going forward. From time to time look for it all over the blog community. If you find it scan it for great gifts, skills, or lessons from us. We will have a little fun with this so you will find it all over…different sections, banners, side bar, footer, post and pages. When you see it, scan it.
